Sholonda Green
PERSONAL TRAINER
Hi! I’m Sholonda,
A trainer with a big heart for helping individuals grow stronger, healthier, and more confident—while having a whole lot of fun along the way!
I believe fitness should never feel like a chore. It should be joyful, playful, and full of energy! That’s why I focus on creating positive, engaging experiences that get people excited to move. Whether it’s through games, simple exercises, or just letting out some energy, I use movement as a tool to build coordination, encourage teamwork, boost self-esteem, and—most importantly—put smiles on faces. My approach blends structure with fun, so individuals feel supported while still being able to be themselves.
One area especially close to my heart is working with individuals with special needs. My son has autism, and through our journey together, I’ve seen how powerful movement and fitness can be in helping him express himself, regulate emotions, and build confidence. That personal experience fuels my passion to create inclusive fitness spaces where every individual—no matter their needs or abilities—feels seen, supported, and celebrated.
To me, fitness isn’t about being perfect. It’s about progress. It’s about showing up, moving your body, and celebrating every little win—whether that’s one more jumping jack, a walk around the block, or simply choosing to keep going. I want to be a positive voice for anyone just starting out, reminding them that we all begin somewhere—and that the journey should feel joyful, not stressful.
I’m here to learn, grow, and inspire others—especially families—to live healthier, happier lives through movement. So let’s move, laugh, and grow—together!

Shakira Smith
PERSONAL TRAINER
With over a decade of experience in healthcare and home care, I’ve dedicated my life to helping others thrive—both physically and emotionally. Now as a personal trainer, I bring that same compassion and understanding to fitness. I meet my clients where they are, offering flexible, judgment-free support to help them reach their unique goals. I believe movement is medicine, and whether it’s a structured workout or simply getting up and dancing in your living room, I’m here to cheer you on every step of the way. Let’s move, feel good, and celebrate progress together!

Regina Rivadeneyra
PERSONAL TRAINER
Hi, I’m Regina! Born and raised on Long Island, I’ve been working with individuals with developmental disabilities for over 10 years. I fell in love with this community early on and find so much joy in making a difference and making lifelong friends.

My wellness journey began by earning certifications in health coaching, nutrition, exercise recovery, and weight management. I’m also a certified TRX Suspension Trainer and I’m an aspiring yoga instructor. My goal is to create a judgment-free, non-comparative environment where individuals can feel positive and confident in their bodies. I want to show my clients that fitness is about feeling good, finding joy in movement, and discovering how wellness can bring both happiness and peace of mind into their lives.

I’m excited to bring my energy, creativity, and passion for care to Team Extreme, and I can’t wait to build meaningful relationships, learn from my clients, and make fitness feel fun and rewarding!
