With over a decade of experience in healthcare and home care, I’ve dedicated my life to helping others thrive—both physically and emotionally. Now as a personal trainer, I bring that same compassion and understanding to fitness. I meet my clients where they are, offering flexible, judgment-free support to help them reach their unique goals. I believe movement is medicine, and whether it’s a structured workout or simply getting up and dancing in your living room, I’m here to cheer you on every step of the way. Hi, I’m Regina! Born and raised on Long Island, I’ve been working with individuals with developmental disabilities for over 10 years. I fell in love with this community early on and find so much joy in making a difference and making lifelong friends.

My wellness journey began by earning certifications in health coaching, nutrition, exercise recovery, and weight management. I’m also a certified TRX Suspension Trainer and I’m an aspiring yoga instructor. My goal is to create a judgment-free, non-comparative environment where individuals can feel positive and confident in their bodies. I want to show my clients that fitness is about feeling good, finding joy in movement, and discovering how wellness can bring both happiness and peace of mind into their lives.

Hi, my name is Maddie! I am a NASM certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with years of experience working with people of all ages and abilities.
I understand that no two people are the same, which is what makes fitness unique to everyone. Each workout is customized to fit an individual’s needs and preferences, with the goal of making them feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their own skin.
This job is incredibly rewarding because you get to witness the positive impact you have on your clients, especially when you see their happiest smiles!

Hello everyone! My name is Najee. I am an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and former student-athlete with a lifelong passion for movement, discipline and performance. My background in sports taught me not only how to train the body, but how to build mental toughness, resilience, and consistency. These are lessons that I now bring to every client I work with.
I believe fitness is much more than physical transformation. It is a tool for emotional strength, confidence, and overall well-being. My goal is to create a supportive environment where clients feel challenged, encouraged, and understood. Whether someone is beginning their fitness journey, or striving to reach the next level, I focus on helping them build sustainable habits, improve performance, and develop a healthier relationship with their body.
By designing tailor-made training sessions for each individual client with genuine support, I aim to help people become stronger, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. I believe real progress happens with all three are aligned.

Rudy Townsend

Looking at Rudy Townsend today, you'd never imagine he used to weigh over 300 lbs. In 2015, Rudy had just endured his second knee surgery and was the heaviest he had been in his life. He made a decision that would ultimately change his entire life; dedicating himself to regular exercise. Since, Rudy has made it his life mission to, not only keep himself in-shape, but also show others that their dreams can become a reality. Rudy teaches his trainees to set personal goals, encourages them to set regular gym routines, and, most importantly, with his big personality, motivates you to keep coming back to stay healthy. He knows your challenges first-hand and will get you to the finish line.
