The workouts with Team Extreme X-Training include a comprehensive 1-hour full-body workout.

 

Exercises are tailored to individuals’ specific goals and needs. We start with a
warm-up and end with a cool-down, and vary each workout to keep it exciting,
sometimes using small workout stations.


Exercise examples include (but are not limited to):

  • ï‚· Cardio: sprints, use of treadmill, jump rope

  • ï‚· Ab Work: situps, push-ups, crunches, toe touches, planks, flutter kicks, leg lifts

  • ï‚· Leg Exercises: squats, squat pulses, leg presses, mountain climbers, front and

back lunges, step-ups

  • ï‚· Arms/Chest/Back: bicep curls, triceps work, shoulder press, chest press, dead

lifts, upright rows, upper cuts

Equipment we use:

  • Floor mats

  • Weights of different sizes

  • Resistance bands

  • Weighted balls
