We were on FIRE last night at the Sunset Run Nissequogue River State Park Run!
So Proud of Bobby as he crushed his first 5K Race! Completed 3.10 miles in 26 minutes; a little over an 8 minute mile pace… Came in 3rd place in his age group and even got a medal! All that training sure paid off!
