Laura Ciliotta

I am a trainer specializing in the needs of people from all walks of life.  I began my business part-time in the evenings and quickly realized that this was where I belonged! 

What defines me as a trainer? 

My goal every day is to bring value into the lives of our clients by helping them achieve their health goals.  I truly enjoy giving back and seeing people happy.  When a family expresses how happy their child is and how they look forward to their workout, THAT’S what defines me.

I truly enjoy working with all clients, either in their home, their yard, or at a local park.  Each person has their own specific workout, tailored to their likes and abilities.  Seeing progress and confidence levels grow is what makes my day…every day!  There is no better feeling of reward.  This is my community – this is my passion.

All our trainers are fully certified, insured, and vaccinated!   We clean our equipment after each use and are PPE prepared.

My goal is to have the most positive impact that I can on the lives of the people that I work with, helping them become the healthiest, happiest version of themselves.


This goes way beyond helping people look the best they ever have, this covers performance, mindset, motivation, and lifestyle. I offer one on one training and small classes. I specialize in beginner classes. I work within their home or at my gym. Each client has their own specific workout tailored to their needs and abilities. 


I believe effective strength training for any person, any age, is the key to long-term health and wellness. 

I am focused on helping clients realize their full-strength capabilities and give them the confidence to take on more. I believe functional movement is essential for every person regardless of size, age, or fitness history. 








David Sthanapati

My goal is to help others live the very best life possible, by supporting them in developing and practicing good health habits.  I also make sure to assess and assign customized workouts to each client as no two bodies are the same. 
I also enjoy working with clients in the comfort of their homes.  Seeing them get desired results whilst having fun is so rewarding at the end of the day. 

I specialize in one-on-one training, small group settings including but not limited to pre/postnatal, diabetic individuals,  and individuals with cancer.
I believe that effective strength training is the key to a person’s “play span”.

I fell in love with fitness a little over 5 years ago.

Rudy Townsend 

Looking at Rudy Townsend today, you'd never imagine he used to weigh over 300 lbs. In 2015, Rudy had just endured his second knee surgery and was the heaviest he had been in his life. He made a decision that would ultimately change his entire life; dedicating himself to regular exercise. Since, Rudy has made it his life mission to, not only keep himself in-shape, but also show others that their dreams can become a reality. Rudy teaches his trainees to set personal goals, encourages them to set regular gym routines, and, most importantly, with his big personality, motivates you to keep coming back to stay healthy. He knows your challenges first-hand and will get you to the finish line.

Jonathon Culver

Hi everyone, I have been a Personal Trainer for 5 years and I'm so excited to be a part of the Team Extreme Crew.  I like to focus on Corrective Fitness and mechanics during my workouts, and I love seeing my clients achieve things they never thought possible.


I have my CPT from the NCSF, and I also have certifications in Corrective Fitness, Sports Performance, TRX training, and Senior Fitness Specialization, and working on Nutrition as well. 


Since joining Team Extreme my main goal was to hit 100 sessions in a month, and I am thrilled to say that I surpassed my goal with 120 sessions in July.  I can't wait to see what the next goal becomes, and I am so excited to work with all of you soon.

Hello, my name is Luke Tomasso.  I am very excited to be joining the Team Extreme family. I recently graduated with a B.S in Meteorology from SUNY Oneonta in 2021. My passion for fitness, as well as insight and support of the special needs population, help to make me an effective personal trainer. I find building a strong relationship with my clients helps to motivate them to reach their fitness goals

Hi, my name is Joey! My goal when working with clients is to bring personalized fitness programs to help people cultivate a life full of happiness, confidence, and fun through working out with me. Helping my clients find enjoyment in physical activity is what drives me forward, and I love seeing a smile on their faces when they feel accomplished for the amazing things they can and will do.

Hi, my name is Shannon Lowney. I am a college athlete, and I have a deep passion for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. Over the course of many years I have learned through experience how important movement is for our wellbeing and overall health. My goal as a trainer is to help people meet their peak potential physically, and mentally by teaching individuals how to move their bodies in functional ways that mimic day to day movements. I am a firm believer in the idea that health is wealth and will provide my clients with an enjoyable experience that makes fitness personalized and fun for them!

Hello, My Name is Julissa - my friends call me Jules!


I joined Team Extreme in 2022 part-time with the goal to be a part of someone's life and make a difference. Helping my clients reach new milestones both with fitness & self-esteem while reaching their individual goals fills my heart. 


With Team Extreme I am able to set my own schedule and help clients either in the comfort of their own homes or at the local gym or park. I love helping my clients and seeing them happy and feeling accomplished after our workouts is priceless and this is my top priority.

Sheila Mowdy 

My name is Sheila Mowdy.  I’ve been a certified personal trainer since 2019.  I’m a mom and a volunteer at my local ambulance corp.  My purpose in life is to help people.  My family and friends say I have a caring heart.  I’m a real go-getter.  


I like working with kids because when they feel strong , they can feel free.  This is true for everyone but especially true for the amazing, special kids who become part of our program.

Rashawn Richman

My name is Rashawn Richman and I’m 31 years old. I am very friendly and sociable. I love to meet new people. I am very hardworking and very humorous at the same time. I am also very laid back which makes others feel very comfortable around me. I am a very caring person who loves to help others in any way that I can. I am also very active.


My preferred hobbies are watching action and comedy movies, boxing and going to the gym. I work out at the gym about 3-4 times a week. 


Nick Palumbo 

Hi my name is Nick. I am a Certified ISSA Personal Trainer.   


I started my workout journey for my grandmother 4 years ago, promising her I would lose 50 pounds. So far, on my journey, have lost 85 pounds!  Additionally, I suffer from a traumatic brain injury. Working out has helped my symptoms tremendously and I feel amazing. 


Due to me having disability, people have told me that I can’t do certain things. I knew i could rise above that and be successful. I know what it takes to achieve goals and stay on track, and I believe this is what makes me a great trainer for our special needs population. I am positive, driven and I believe that we ALL can achieve anything we set out to do!


I cannot be happier with my career training others with disabilities.  I feel I have a lot to offer and am grateful to have this opportunity!

Chris Gonzalez 

Hi everyone! My name is Chris Gonzalez and I am very excited to join Team Extreme! A little bit of background about me: I am a special education teacher, with my masters in special education, and am a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. 


I have been a certified personal trainer for about a year now, but was also the platoon and company physical trainer in the military. My passion for both helping others, including individuals with disabilities, along with my passion for fitness, makes this a perfect fit for me! 


Not only do I think fitness is an essential component of physical health, I believe that it also contributes to positive social and emotional health! Similar to my teaching philosophy, I believe in the whole child approach. My goal is and has always been to help others! I also understand that each individual has unique needs and I will ensure that I fit the training to these needs, and ensure that they have fun in doing so! I also am a strong believer in building rapport and developing personal relationships with each of my clients! 


Ultimately, my goal is to have the most positive impact possible on all of the individuals that I cross paths with!
